No Refund Policy (With Limited Exceptions)

At My Place Furnishing, all items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. Due to the nature of our products and logistics, all sales are final.
1. All Sales Final
We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason once an order has been delivered
This includes buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind
By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy
2. Exception: Damaged or Tarnished Items
We will offer a replacement or refund only if an item arrives damaged or tarnished, subject to the conditions below:
The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
The item must show clear evidence of damage or tarnish upon arrival
Photos or videos may be required for verification
Original packaging must be retained until the claim is resolved
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
3. Resolution Options (At Our Discretion)
If a claim is approved, My Place Furnishing will provide one of the following:
An exchange or replacement of the same item
A refund, if a replacement is unavailable
The resolution method will be determined by us after inspection of the claim.
4. Exclusions
We are not responsible for:
Damage caused after delivery
Improper handling, misuse, or assembly
Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality
5. Inspection & Shipping Acknowledgment
All items are pre-inspected before shipment. Once the delivery carrier confirms successful delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer unless a valid damage claim is submitted within the allowed timeframe.
