A: Yes! We offer free shipping throughout the RGV, including McAllen, Mission, Pharr, Edinburg, Weslaco, Donna, Alamo, San Juan, Rio Grande City, and Raymondville. If you’re in the Lower Rio Grande Valley, we’ve got you covered.

Q: Do you ship to Laredo?
A: Yes. We proudly serve all RGV communities from our local Mission, TX location.

Q: How long will it take for me to get my furniture?
A: Orders process 1 business day after purchase and arrive at your doorstep in 3–7 days anywhere in the RGV.

Q: What if my oder doesn't arrive within stated timeframe?

A: All orders are eligible for full refund and no restocking penalties If Order Exceeds 7 days.

Mattresses & Bedroom Sets

Q: Do I need rails for my bedroom set?
A: No. Our bedroom sets come with wooden floor rails that replace traditional railings.

Q: Do I need a box spring for the mattress and headboard?
A: Yes, if you want to use a headboard with your mattress, our metal railing system is required.

Q: Can I use my platform base without a box spring?
A: Yes. Our platform base railing works perfectly with just your mattress — simple and easy setup.

Q: How good is your furniture quality?
A: Our furniture is top-quality, Texas- and USA-made, and sourced at prices you won’t see anywhere else.

Q: How is the furniture packaged?
A: Bedroom sets come in 3–4 boxes depending on the set:

Bed, headboard & wooden rails
Dresser & mirror
Nightstand
Tall chest (for 5-piece sets)
Instructions are included for easy setup.

Sofas & Sectionals

Q: Do sectionals come assembled?
A: No, sectionals arrive in pieces. They’re easy to clip or screw together (Assembly Level 1).

Q: What if my sectional isn’t the one I wanted?
A: All sales are final. Make sure to review your order carefully. For any delivery or shipping errors, contact our support team.

Dining Tables

Q: Do dining tables come pre-assembled?
A: Yes. Tables only require the legs to be added, which comes in one box. Chairs are separate and include instructions for quick assembly.

Q: What if I see a scuff on my dining table?
A: If your item is damaged upon delivery, send a photo to our support team immediately. Minor blemishes from natural wood are normal and not considered damage.
